The My Gut Friends Gut Hero Academy™ is a wellbeing identity programme designed for children aged 3–5.

Rather than teaching complex biological systems, the Gut Hero Academy™ translates invisible body processes into developmentally appropriate, concrete representations that young children can understand and engage with.
Programme Structure
The Gut Hero Academy™ is delivered through one structured wellbeing session per month (20–25 minutes), designed to integrate seamlessly into existing classroom routines.
Each session follows a consistent framework:
Opening identity ritual (movement-based and repeatable)
Guided narrative segment (character-based learning)
Simple body awareness activity
Reinforcement through shared language
Parent connection prompt
This predictable structure strengthens engagement through repetition while maintaining simplicity for educators.

Parent Integration

The Gut Hero Academy™ is not a clinical nutrition programme.
It does not prescribe dietary guidance or replace professional advice.
