An unforgettable, play-based wellbeing experience for your centre
Bring the magic of My Gut Friends to life with an engaging, educator-led incursion designed to spark curiosity, excitement and real behaviour change in children.
In this interactive session, children are introduced to the world of “Gutville”—where trillions of tiny Gut Friends live inside them, each with their own superpowers. Through storytelling, movement, and hands-on participation, children discover how the foods they eat help their Gut Friends grow strong—supporting their energy, mood, focus and overall wellbeing.
This isn’t just a story time.
It’s the beginning of children developing a powerful identity as “Gut Heroes”—kids who understand their bodies and feel motivated to make choices that help them thrive.
The incursion also provides a seamless launch into the Gut Hero Academy, giving educators a clear, engaging starting point that children are already excited about and connected to.
Each incursion session engages kids for around 25-30 mins.
This booking covers 2 x sessions to accomodate 2 classes in the centre.
