Gut Hero Academy - Parent Workshop

The Parent Workshop is a fun, engaging evening designed to help parents understand the “why” behind the Gut Hero Academy programme their children are experiencing at their centre.  Through simple science, storytelling, and practical examples, parents discover how the gut impacts children’s mood, behaviour, focus, immunity, and relationship with food.

The workshop also explores why traditional pressure-based approaches around food often backfire, and how identity, curiosity, and positive language can create lasting change. Parents will walk away with simple strategies and shared language they can begin using immediately at home, that compound the effectiveness of the centre lead Gut Hero Academy Programme.

This is not about perfection or restrictive food rules, it’s about helping families create a healthier, more connected relationship with food in a way children genuinely enjoy.

The workshop duration is around 45-60 minutes and includes a take home support document and discounted options for home based resources.
